People without an Archie user account cannot log in to modify or confirm their personal information. The Verify Contact Details tool allows Super User to send out emails with a direct link for people to verify or update their contact information. To enable recipients to easily review the contact information currently stored in Archie, their information is listed in the emails.
Choose Tools > Verify Contact Details.
The Verify Contact details window opens.
Click Add to add a person.
The Select Person window opens (see Choosing
a person or date).
Note: You can add a set of previously selected people in Archie
by clicking Add Selection (see Selection).
Edit the subject in the Subject field if necessary.
Edit the text in the Messages text field if necessary.
Remember: Do not modify the fields that are enclosed in square brackets: [].
Click OK and confirm sending to the intended recipients.
Note: If a person does not have a registered email, the Verify Contact Details tool will remove this person from the list of recipients.
