Saving and loading searches

My Searches... on the Advanced Search page lets you save your Advanced Searches so they can easily be run again later.

To save a search

  1. Construct your advanced search as normal, but do not click Search yet.

  2. Click the My Searches... button.

  3. Enter a name for the search under Save current search. You must use a unique name.

  4. Click Save.

To load a saved search

  1. From the Advanced Search page, click My Searches....

  2. Under Load search, choose the search you wish to load from the pull-down list.

  3. Then,

To save search for another person

  1. Create condition for search and click My Searches... . This opens My Searches window.

  2. Enter a name for search in the Save as option

  3. Click to find a person to save a search for. See Choosing a person or date for details.

  4. Click Save.

To delete a saved search

  1. Click My Searches....

  2. Under Load searches, choose the search you wish to delete from the list

  3. Click Delete.
