Using Advanced Search, you can search for workflows using one or more of the following search fields:
Manager - finds workflows managed (or not) by a particular person.
Workflow Type - searches for workflows of the specified type (i.e, Title Registration, Protocol Development or Review Development).
Entity - searches for workflows in (or not) the specified entity.
History - searches workflow histories for a world or text string.

Start - searches workflow by start date.
End or Due - searches workflows by end/due date.
- Workflow Status -
Status - searches for workflows with a particular status (Not Started, In Progress, Completed or Aborted)
Last Milestone Reached - searches for workflows that reached a particular milestone.
Advanced workflow search on Manager field. Manager field identifies all workflows in relation to which the specified person has a manger role.

Tip: The difference between Before and Not after, and between After and Not before, is whether the date itself is included. For example, searching on records created After 1 January 2000 will only find records from 2 January onwards.
